| Northbound 405 directions to the Main Hospital
Entrance |
- Take Exit 20B to NE 124th Street/Totem Lake Blvd
- Stay to the right, going under 124th Street. Go straight through the stop
light at the intersection of Totem Lake Blvd and 120th Street
- Continue straight on 120th until you reach the stop light at NE 130th Lane
- Turn right onto NE 130th Lane and follow the Main Entrance signs to the
parking garage

Entrance |
- Take Exit 20 to NE 124th Street
- Turn left at the stop light onto 124th Street. This will take you over 405
- Turn left at the second stop light onto Totem Lake Blvd
- Turn right at the next stop light onto 120th Ave NE
- Continue on 120th Ave until you reach the stop light at NE 130th Lane
- Turn right onto NE 130th Lane and follow the Main Entrance signs to the
parking garage

| Directions from the Blue Parking Garage to the
Office |
- Take the Blue Parking Garage elevator to the 1st floor of the garage
- Enter the main hospital building through the Blue Entrance
- You will be on the 2nd floor next to the Gift Shop. There are elevators next
to the gift shop
- Take the elevator down to the 1st floor if your appointment is in Suite 120
or up to the 5th floor if your appointment is in Suite 520
- Take a left when coming out of the elevator. On the 1st floor, we are
located in Coral Suite 120, to the far left, just past the Breast Imaging
Center. On the 5th floor, we are the first door on the right, just past the bank
of windows

| Directions from the Silver Parking Garage –
Silver and Red Zone Entrances |
- Take a left out of the elevator
- From the Red Zone, continue straight to the end of the hallway, then take a
left to the Green Zone. From the Silver Zone, just go straight through the
entrance to the Green Zone
- Go left around the bank of elevators, then turn right, following the signs
to the Blue Zone
- Walk through the Galleria- the big open area with windows
- Just before the escalators, turn right
- Go past the coffee shop and take a right
- For Suite 120, continue past the Breast Imaging Center check-in desk to the
entrance to Cascade Cancer Center. For Suite 520, take the elevators on the
left, opposite the Breast Imaging Center check-in desk to the 5th floor. Turn
left off the elevator and we are the first door on the right, just past the bank
of windows
